The principal amount paid for the server asset acts as a Security Deposit/Asset Cost. This is 100% refundable at the end of the 12-month contract tenure upon return/liquidation of the asset.
You may cancel your asset booking within 7 days of payment for a full refund, provided the asset has not yet been deployed to a client.
