1) Entity & Services

Craton is the brand name used by Maruti Defence (Proprietor) to operate an equipment / server infrastructure leasing business. Craton may procure, deploy, operate and lease server infrastructure to business clients.

2) Nature of Participation

Any participation described on the website is structured as a lease/rental arrangement. Payments (if any) are rental charges under a contract. This is not a deposit, chit fund, collective investment scheme, or guaranteed return product.

3) No Guarantee

Rental payouts are subject to the executed agreement, commercial utilization, operational constraints, and applicable law. Past illustrations do not guarantee future outcomes.

4) KYC & Payments

KYC may be required. We accept and disburse payments only through traceable banking channels (UPI/IMPS/NEFT/RTGS) as per our compliance policy.

5) Taxes

Taxes (TDS/GST, if applicable) will be deducted/collected as per law and reflected in records. Users are responsible for their own tax filings.

6) Limitation of Liability

Craton is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any liability, if any, is limited to the extent set out in the executed agreement, subject to applicable law.

7) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts as specified in the agreement.
